{"id":26865,"date":"2019-12-05T16:48:05","date_gmt":"2019-12-05T14:48:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/temp.lawoffice.org.il\/?page_id=26865"},"modified":"2022-02-15T12:54:41","modified_gmt":"2022-02-15T10:54:41","slug":"family-law","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/script_transfer_new.mowfns.ap-southeast-2.wpstaqhosting.com\/en\/family-law\/","title":{"rendered":"Family Law"},"content":{"rendered":"<p dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/script_transfer_new.mowfns.ap-southeast-2.wpstaqhosting.com\/en\/family-law\/\">Our family law articles<\/a><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The area of family law is a very broad one, it includes a variety of different legal sub-categories that require comprehensive knowledge and professionalism in the legal world.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As children we are always told that \u201cfamily comes before everything\u201d and \u201cfamily is the most important thing in the world,\u201d so how does the State of Israel treat the family unit and its various components?<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In Israel, there are specific laws concerning issues of family law, there is a family court that rules in family disputes, whatever the subject or case may be.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The area of family law is complicated emotionally, it brings out feelings and emotions that arise from blood ties and family connections between the litigants, these relationships affect, amongst other things, the decision-making process of the litigants.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Thus the importance of choosing a lawyer who represents the parties in various proceedings, a lawyer who knows how to regulate the feelings of his client to his benefit and act with discretion.
